It doesn’t matter what you are promoting whether it is an online biz op or traditional MLM.
The fastest way to success in any business opportunity that requires you to recruit a ‘team’
or down line is by collecting emails from targeted folks that are looking for a business opportunity.
The problem I have experienced with traditional recruiting in an MLM or Biz Op is that
after the team member goes through their ‘Warm Market’ there is nobody else for them to
talk to. This instantly depresses them and kaboom they quit.
If you focus on ‘collecting emails‘ not only do you have the world as your market but you can explode
your down line 10 x if not a zillion times faster.
We at Team UOIS focus on teaching our Empower network team to do one thing and that is to collect emails.
Chances are you’ve read that the money is in the ‘list’ and not only is this absolutely true but for
the ‘newbie’ it is their only hope to succeed. True there are the exceptional men and women
who are skilled salespeople and who can talk anybody into joining. But this is demonstration
of sales skills is not duplicable.
There are more non-sales people in this world than there are those with a gift of gab.
Team UOIS is duplicating better than any other team in Empower Network because this is exactly what we teach our team:
New Team Member collects emails using Free and Paid traffic sources.
Team UOIS leaders (Michelangelo most specifically) is responsible for making certain those
emails that team members have collected receive highly converting video emails with the
team member’s Empower Network link.
Just like Michelangelo says his preacher dad used to say, “Get them in church and we’ll get them saved”.
All Team UOIS members have to do is collect the emails and Team UOIS leaders will do the rest.
That, friends, is what you are looking for from a team, no matter what it is you are promoting.
A simple, duplicable system, that has the ‘leaders’ working restlessly to get you conversions.
Anything else falls short and chances are you will fail.
Here’s the truth: If you would concentrate and ONLY focus on collecting emails and not worry
about whether you signed some one up or not your signups will come and lots of them.
Too many people join programs and right out of the gate they expect to get new team members.
That’s not how it works. You should only have to get good at collecting the emails and your
team leaders, like those on Team UOIS, are responsible for creating the high converting copy and videos.
And this should boost your confidence and spirits: You do not have to have a big list, meaning
collect a lot of emails, in order for you to start seeing results.
With a list of less than 11,000 Team UOIS leader, Michelangelo earns $500k a year.
And it’s because he has creating highly converting videos and content down to a science.
In closing, we encourage you to focus on collecting emails using Free advertising and
Paid advertising methods. We promise you get good at this and you will make money.

PS… The University of Internet Science is the Premier Free Online Training Portal.
PSS… UOIS will assist you in collecting emails

If you believe in second chances, and having an opportunity to live in the moment, there is a new show coming out that is going to give people the chance to do just that.
“The Moment”, hosted by Kurt Warner, will surely tickle your fancy. It will give a few select individuals that chance to relive that time in their lives when they, for whatever reason or circumstance, missed their chance to live in the moment.
Kurt Warner, the host for The Moment, almost missed his opportunity. He was actually working as a bag boy to help make ends meet when his chance came up. He went on to have a great career, despite the fact that he came out of obscurity, led his teams to several Super Bowl berths, suffered injuries, and still came back to take his team, (the Cardinals) to the Super Bowl. In 2001, Kurt and his wife Brenda established the First Things First Foundation, and are also directly involved in the CHEER program for adults and children with special needs.
For Robert Capita, sailing was practically a way of life. He got his sea legs at a very early age, being taught by his father how to sail when just a young boy. But his dream of going to the Olympics was shattered when (in 1980) the US boycotted the Olympics that were held in Russia that year.
Coupled with this disappointment was the fact that his father strongly urged him to work with and take over the family business. But his chance to live in the moment has brought some doubts of its own, as Robert struggles with the thoughts of being away from his son and wife to pursue his dream.
Sometimes life plays cruel tricks on us and throws us a real curve. For Tracie Marcum, it came at an early age when her mom passed away, and the fear that she would lose her father if she didn’t please him, forced her to abandon the dream of being a professional photographer.
Now she will have the chance to prove to herself and her father that she has what it takes. With some good coaching, she will have the opportunity to capture the moment for all time when she snaps that shutter.
For racecar driver Kyle Shields, the moment his sponsor pulled out and left him in Mexico with a 30,000-dollar debt was a huge shock. It was even bewildering because Kyle was actually doing pretty well on the circuit.
The whole experience left Kyle questioning everything he was doing. So he packed it all in, devoted his time to his family, and paid off his debt. But Kyle still longed for the moment to be in a pro racecar and compete with the big boys.
Like the stories above, many of us have had that one chance; the moment when we just know that would have made a huge difference in our lives.

Everyone’s capable of grabbing a couple of more fish with this ice fishing tip. Normally people settle in
to a routine when they head out onto the ice. They land several fish then the activity dies down or quits
totally. Possibly they change depths, shades, or move holes, however, that has nothing to do with it.
Once they stop putting fish on the ice, they give up and blame it on the fish – “they just quit biting.”.
The type of ice jig is as important as its color. Many anglers make use of a teardrop
shaped jig, such as Jammin’ Jigs Beetle or Teardrop jig. When fish stop attacking
vertical jigs, my ice fishing tip is use a jig that hangs horizontally such as a
Jammin’ Jig Bobber Fry. I have actually discovered that fish normally bite
much better on a horizontal jig. Look here for an outstanding collection
of both types of jigs … look into www.jamminjigs.com.
The majority of anglers just move their jig in an up and down jigging motion.
Fish will actually quit reacting to it, so here’s another ice fishing tip.
Change up the action a little by holding the line in between your fingers
and roll or twist the line . This will make the jig rotate in the water while
remaining at the same depth. Also try moving the jig around the border of
the hole without any sort of up and down movement.
Taking a break from bait and go solely to finesse plastic lures is an ice fishing tip that
will totally fake them out. As unexpected as it might seem, panfish and other fish
will at some point tire of live bait. A tiny 1/8oz. round head jig with a sliver of plastic
on it can be addicting to finicky fish. The finesse plastic tails of these little jigs
quiver and shake with the tiniest motion of the rod. These finesse jigs are
excellent search jigs and do great in clear water.
This ice fishing tip will add a couple of big perch to the container
by bouncing the bait or jig off the bottom. Perch feed generally
within a couple of inches of the bottom. By permitting the jig to bounce off the
bottom, the little cloud of bottom debris and sound is produced and will
attract fish. This works well for bluegills too. At specific
times, allowing the jig to rest on the bottom will work wonders. Use a spring
bobber with this method. The jig should barely touch bottom, with the springtime
bobber half way down from the weight of the jig. When a fish takes the lure, it
will cause the spring bobber to go up.
The “Peeping Tom” Ice Fishing Tip
For a stiff neck and some more fish, try gazing down the hole and watch the
fish take the lure. This approach is superb for learning exactly how fish react to
your presentation. This ice fishing tip is great method to take larger bluegill, perch and crappie.
Huge bluegills have a way of sitting and watching the bait for many seconds before
inhaling it then swiftly spitting it out. This happens so quick the line barely moves, and
other indicators don’t show any movement either. One’s only hope of catching these fish
is to be looking down the hole and setting the hook once the fish inhales the jig. It’s a
great method for suspended crappies. In either situation, visible at greater depths
or discolored water calls for brighter colors.
In areas where it is lawful, this ice fishing tip give you an added advantage over
other ice anglers by chumming. Take a few extra wax worms, spikes, or minnows,
crush them and drop them down the hole. One old secret I have actually made use
of many times is to use smashed eggshell. This can bring more fish in
and create a feeding frenzy.
When the feed slows try changing sizes of jigs and use the same color.
This tip works both ways – switching from small jig to a larger jig
and from a larger to a smaller sized jig. One of my all time favorites is a
red and chartreuse size 10 Teardrop by Jammin’ Jigs. After
they stop hitting this size, I will switch over from the size 10 Teardrop
back to a size 6 Teardrop that is smaller but the same shade. This
usually results in more fish. Finally, changing to a super small size 12
Teardrop jig will capture a few additional fish that would not take
the other two sizes.
When angling with a spring bobber pole like Frabill’s new Panfish
Popper rod, an easy method to grab a couple extra fish is to set
the pole down and allow the lure to rest entirely motionless. Even if
you think that you could hold the rod totally motionless in your hand,
follow this ice fishing tip and place the rod down on the ice or in a pole
stand to catch a couple of additional fish.
In shallow water, this ice fishing tip will keep you covered. Block out light
penetration into the water by covering the hole with ice shavings. This
applies in both clear and tarnished water lakes. In tarnished water,
using a glow jig will knock em dead.
For deep-water fish, ultra light monofilament line has excessive stretch
making it tough to recognize light bites or get hook sets in depths
above 20 feet deep. This ice fishing tip is the key to more hook ups in
deep water by using a super line. The best I’ve used is PowerPro line.
PowerPro makes a line with the dimension of one-pound
test monofilament yet with the durability of eight-pound line.
PowerPro line has nearly no stretch and is remarkably abrasion resistant.
This allows for better feel and more solid hook sets.
The next time you are on the ice and are a few fish shy of your limit, don’t mutter
the words (“The fish merely stopped hitting”), give these tips and strategies a shot.
by MikeBeaumontI am sure that if you are a stay at home mom or dad that the best thing to do
is to go get a job and quit dreaming of
being an entrepreneur. I am not sure why they would tell you
that except maybe they are envious of you for following your dreams.
Most of these people telling you all this garbage neither like their jobs or what
they are doing. You have to put up with the daily
commute, working for barely minimum wage, knowing that your kids will
be in daycare or the babysitters most of the day, and
missing out on all those important moments in life, like soccer games or
that scouting trip, bringing home maybe 10 dollars an
hour after taxes if you’re lucky.
Deciding to stay at home mom and becoming an entrepreneur can have
many advantages for those willing to take the leap. The naysayers and
negative ninnies will advise otherwise. But here is some advice maybe they
should listen to; stay at home and help and watch your kids grow up.
It is so much more pleasant to actually
be there when you get to see your child actually take his first step or say
his first word, instead of hearing about it second hand, which is
usually how they get any of their news, second hand.
The stay at home mom and dad has many issues that
may crop up, but most can be dealt with if you have a strong enough
desire to succeed. I am not advocating dropping your job and jumping
into it full time right off the bat. Start by using your extra time while
the kids are sleeping, or on the weekends. Stop watching what I call
the ‘income reducer’, or television, quit taking naps in the afternoon
or after work. Find some extra streams of income and work your way up.
Eventually you will learn enough to replace your current income and
become full time.
1- This is not a get rich proposition so get over that right now.
It takes commitment, time, and learning to make any program work,
no matter what you get into. If someone says you can make a specified
amount over night run away, it is usually a lie. It takes some serious
thought as to whether or not you actually want to do this, so
think about it before hand, and if you make the commitment,
do it all the way. A half assed decision is a recipe for failure.
2- Make a schedule and stick to it. Organization will help
keep you on course and allow you to maximize your time that you
have available to you. Don’t forget to schedule in time for the family.
This is after all who you are doing this for. When you are
in your scheduled time slot, make sure you eliminate as many
distractions as possible. Shut off the phone, shut off your instant
messenger, shut off the television, and get comfortable. And don’t let
negative ninnies influence your thinking. Stay positive, and
remember why you are doing this.
3- Maintain your consistency. Too many people fail in
this business because they allow distractions to pull them from their
intended course of action. If you are truly serious and stay organized,
you will succeed. Remember to take action daily, every
day, and don’t become discouraged. Most who fail do so because
they quit right before they reach the point of succeeding.
One way to help with your why is to make those reasons visible
everywhere you go. If your why is your kids, put pictures of
them in the kitchen, in your office space, in the bathroom,
in the car. Use this method for whatever your “why” is.
4- To be a stay at home mom or dad, you don’t have to
be a rocket scientist, but it does require the use of a computer.
So if you don’t know anything about them, it would be a good
idea to take a basic class on how to use one. Almost all
internet jobs are fairly basic and don’t require a lot of computer skills.
There are some ‘systems’ out there that are ready
to go right out of the box, so to speak, like this one. It is ready
to go as soon as you sign up and get your verification.

• Autoresponder
• Forum or discussion board
5- So now that you have made the decision to become a stay at home mom or dad,
you need to decide what you want
to do to make money, and believe me, there are hundreds and hundreds of opportunities
out there. Do you due diligence and do a little research and don’t just jump in
haphazardly. This will have you losing money faster than you can get it
out of your pocket. Research Google for top ten internet marketing jobs
and start there. Don’t be afraid to do a little
research. But whatever you decide to do, when you make that decision,
do it all the way.
Do you Dongle in the moonlight, or do you prefer to Dongle in the morning? Do you even know what it means?
If you don’t, you could be spending too much of your own money, and losing customers at the same time.
OK, now that I have you good and confused, let me first explain what a dongle is. There are actually a lot
of items that fit into this rather broad category of items, many of them being objects like thumb drives, USB keys,
software security hookups that connect to the back of your computer, and many other little hardware devices that have just as many uses.
In this case, the dongle I want to talk about goes on your smart phone. It allows you to accept credit
card payments right on your mobile device, and can also be used with your iPad or laptop computer.
The equipment if free and the costs are very minimal when compared to having a merchant account.
With per charge costs as low as 19 cents plus 2.69% per swipe, or 3.49% for keyed in data, it makes
absolutely no sense to have a merchant account, especially for local purchases and sales.
NAB (North American Bancard) has a dongle that looks like an orange slice and also has
software that couples with it to make the buying and selling even more versatile. As of January
2012 they had the lowest per swipe fees and the innovation is getting better all the time, crossing
over into research for other areas of use. A dongle has no set up fees, and you can start using it almost
immediately after signing into your account.
The Dongle has a very brilliant future ahead of it, with sing ups increasing steadily since they were
first introduced in May 2010 by Square. They currently have over 800,000 readers in use, and in 2011
purchases made with these readers hit 5.3 billion dollars, up 83% from the year before. The dongle future
is predicted to grow to 490 million users by 2014.
The dongle is being used by more and more companies, with major players like Google with their
Google Wallet, ISIS, which is collaborating with AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon for a national kick
off in 2013 that will start in Salt Lake City and Austin, Texas that will have access to 220 million
handsets and existing relationships with credit card companies.
Some services don’t even need a dongle to dangle, they use the phone itself. AppNinjas’ Swipe is
one such service, but also comes with a monthly service charge and a slightly higher than average
per swipe cost. But they also give you a dedicated 24/7 customer-service specialist in case you run
into any problems. Swipe has been adding 300-500 merchants per month with no signs of slowing down.
Here’s a few sites that offer these cool tools;
1.
2. http://www.google.com/wallet/
3. http://www.paywithisis.com/home.xhtml
4. ttps://squareup.com/?gclid=CNXU9fvWiLACFSo0QgodsQs7LQ

Adding a dongle and swipe service to your arsenal of business tools is a matter of preference, but only if you
don’t mind paying through the nose for a merchant account. For now it may be an evil necessity to keep one
especially for overseas transactions, but even that can be a problem, as many countries don’t believe in using
credit cards. But as fast as these devices are developing, I think that a lot of merchant accounts are going to be
defunct in the near future.
So add a dongle to your services and save some money. There are several out there, so just check them out and
decide which would be better for you. It will help you take your business to the next level, save you money, and
give your customers another avenue of payment without any credit checks or hassles.

by MikeBeaumontHave you ever read a follow up email from someone that just didn’t seem right?
Do you use autoresponders for your business? If you do, do you know who set them up for you? If you did it yourself, which isn’t that hard to do, did you test each one before you activated them?
This is one of my pet peeves, and I will tell you why. Bottom line, it can make or break your business.
If your follow up email goes out to a potential client/customer/team member, and that email isn’t configured properly, it can actually lead the person reading it to consider it spam and they will either block it or delete it. A prime example of such an error would be if you have been drip feeding follow up emails to this person, and then all of a sudden they get a follow up email that has no name on it, or worse yet, has “Dear ~Contact.FirstName~ on it. Where do you think that email is going to end up; you got it, right in the spam folder.
Example:
“ ~Contact.FirstName~,
What if you would have got in right before the dot com
boom (and sold at the peak)..?
Or what if you would have got in right before the real
estate boom (and sold at the peak)..?”
And if the recipient spams it, they will most likely block the sender also, and where will that leave you after all that work to get them interested in what you are doing?
There a several good follow up email systems out there that are available to you for a decent price, but the one I prefer is AWeber. It is fairly easy to set up, they have some really good templates to customize your emails with, and they also provide some very good tutorials on how to use all of their tools. I cannot speak for iContact or Constant Contact, or the others that are available, but for me, AWeber is great.
After you have an account with whatever service you decide to use, it is then time to load up your follow up email autoresponders. A lot of companies out there have prebuilt autoresponders that you can load into a campaign. Then it is just a matter of going in and customizing each follow up email. It is up to you how fancy you want to get, but don’t overlook the basics.
Add the proper coding that allows for the person’s name to show up on each email. Each provider is different, so go through the tutorials or contact someone that has a lot of experience to help you. AWeber has a test function that allows you to put your email in the block and send it to your own email.
Do this for each follow up email you have on your list, and when you check it out, make sure it has everything you wanted it to show. Also make sure you also check each one of the hyperlinks you use to ensure they go to the page you want them to. It’s frustrating when you try to click on a link and get an error message or it doesn’t load right, or lands on the wrong page.
Take the time to test every one of your pages, and it will prevent any mishaps and keep your follow up emails from being blocked and listed as spam.

Ever had sex on the beach? Do we even really know what it is?
It could have several meanings, depending on how our minds are programmed, or should I say what our frame of mind is at the time we think about it?!
If you are feeling amorous at the time, it could mean that you are thinking about a certain little hottie that you met while out surfing on a late afternoon. Maybe you found a secluded little part of the beach to get away to, and roll with the tide, so to speak.
If you are looking for something good to drink, it might mean an alcoholic concoction whipped by the local bartender.
I can’t help you with the first situation, but listed below are a few awesome recipes that you might want to share with a friend… (Hey, maybe I can help with the first option
); or maybe your local bartender. Never know, he might give you a free drink out of it…
Or just maybe it could mean…
Here are some recipes to share…
1 1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz peach schnapps
2 oz cranberry juice
2 oz orange juice
Add vodka and peach schnapps to a highball glass over ice. Fill with equal measures of cranberry juice and orange juice, and stir.

The Speedo brand is one of the most popular swimsuit and athletic companies in Australia. Speedo is known around the world and is the best selling swimwear for athletes. However, there isn’t too much that people actually know about Speedo and the history of Speedo.
This company has come out with innovative technology that has caught the world by surprise, helping to make champion swimmers even faster with their cutting edge and revolutionary technology in swimwear. One problem with Speedos is there are too many body styles they just weren’t made for, and if sex on the beach is something you have in mind, they ain’t gonna cut it.
You can find Speedo all over the world and it is the ultimate leader in swimwear brands.
The history of Speedo began on the famous Australian shore of Bondi Beach in 1928. The first swimsuit released was the Racerback suit, which allowed swimmers free motion over their body. The first big splash for Speedo was when the amazing Swedish swimmer, Arne Borg donned the Speedo suit and set a world record. This was the big break out moment for world recognition for the bathers company.
Speedo has come up with incredible water sport technology for their swimsuits. They defy all of their competition, as they are always the first to come out with the newest and best technologies for their designs. In the 50s, Speedo invented a swimsuit and created it all out of Nylon. Then in the 70s Speedo was the first to produce a swimsuit designed out of an
Elastane and Nylon combination. So if looking sexy on the beach is something you desire, and you have the athletic build to pull it off, don the little skin with pride and strut your stuff.
Since chlorine began to stain swimsuits, Speedo was the first in history to develop chlorine resistant fabric, which was released in the early 90s. The latest swimsuits to be produced by Speedo were in 2000 with the Fatskin swimsuit, which was inspired by shark’s skin, and in 2008 with the LZR Racer, which are worn by all of the top swimming athletes around the world.
Some psychologists have argued that the way people dance might be influenced by their hormonal and genetic make up. When a person is shaking their booty on the dance floor they reveal more about themselves than their sense of rhythm! What is of key interest here is how much someone shows their personality in the way they move their body. New research conducted in Finland suggests that dance styles provide an insight into individual personality traits. The research is built on other studies, which look at the link between dancing and self-confidence. They work on the assumption that the key to personality and sexuality lie in the way a person moves their body. Evolutionary psychologists think that this has an important role in sexual selection and how a woman would measure a man’s attractiveness. The ideas laid out here could offer some explanation as to why some types of dancing appeal to certain people and not to others. These studies help to form a better picture of the psychology behind dance.
